We are located at Great Beach (Velika plaza), a natural phenomenon of beauty and bounty. 2-2.5 km from Ulcinj (Montenegro) the beach is 13 km long (from cape Đeran to Ada Bojana) and ca. 60 m wide. It is covered with finest sand (grains ca. 0,1-5 mm). It features a wide area of shallow water that renders the location ideal for the initial steps of mastering kiteboarding. The most common wind during summer is Maestral, which blows from the West to the East along the coast (side/on) with 12-25 knots. With no gustl, this wind creates no obstacle for kiteboarding instruction.
The kite school is located near the mouth of river Bojana, the water is therefore peaceful flat, and small shore-brake at the sea line. Thanks to the wide sandy coast one does not have to worry about landing the kite. The kite launching and landing area is marked only for safety measures.
